Information security

We have in place reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security designed to protect all information provided by visitors via the Connect2 system from unauthorised third party access.

Adcorp provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of data. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.


Privacy on the Connect2 system and web site (the "Site") is of importance to Adcorp. Because we gather important information from our customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering practices.

Collected Information

We require customers who register to use the services offered in Connect2 (collectively, the "Service") to give us contact information, such as name, title, company name, address, phone number, email address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number. Customers can update their personal information at any time by editing their User profile.

Adcorp uses the information that we collect to optimise the Service for users. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in Adcorp's services. Personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us or receiving information from us at any time by sending an email to

Any financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by Adcorp for marketing or promotional purposes.

Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Adcorp share user information with these parties.

Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). Adcorp will not use, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except for the purposes of Marketing Communications services, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.

Adcorp may also collect certain information from customers, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyse non-identifying and aggregate usage and statistical information.


Most browsers permit you to decline cookies, however to ensure both security and ease of use, cookies must be enabled in order for you to use the Connect2 system.

Cookies (small text files stored in a user's browser) are used on the Site to collect aggregate data in order to ensure that the Connect2 system is well managed and to facilitate improved navigation. Connect2 uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. Adcorp New Zealand reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy and Security Policy for this website at any time and for any reason. Nothing in the Privacy and Security Policy creates or is intended to create a contract between Adcorp New Zealand and any user of Connect2.
